Can I cancel orders? +

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Once the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, a $1.5 processing fee will apply.

What is your return policy? +

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of delivery, except for:

-Final Sale items

-Underwear (for hygiene reasons)

Are there any items that cannot be returned?+

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

-Unused and in the same condition as received

-In its original packaging

-Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How do I start a return?+

Please contact us at customerservice@coraliemarot.com to start the return process. Do not send the item back to the manufacturer or without prior confirmation.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?+

If the return is due to your preference or change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product, or item not as described), we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or full refund.

Will I be refunded for the original shipping cost?+

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How long does it take to receive my refund?+

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.

Can I exchange an item?+

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability. In some cases, you may need to return the item and place a new order.

Can international orders be returned?+

International returns may be accepted; however, exchanges are typically not supported for international orders.

Late or missing refunds?+

If you haven’t received your refund after approval:

Check your bank or card statement again.
